Shipping Policy
All GoCozyy blankets are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners. This helps reduce waste and lets us offer fresh, high-quality designs.
Processing Time (Made-to-Order)
Each blanket is printed and sewn after you place your order.
Processing time is usually 2–7 business days before your order ships.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days
These timeframes are estimates and can vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or high-volume periods (holidays, weather events, etc.).
Total time = Processing time + Shipping time
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your cart, and real-time rates from our print partners and carriers.
Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions; any such offers will be clearly marked on the site.
Where We Ship
We currently ship GoCozyy blankets to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, we’re not able to ship there at this time.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please reach out to us so we can look into it.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost:
- Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check with household members or neighbors to see if they received it.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number to open an inquiry.
If you still can’t locate the package after contacting the carrier, email us with your order number and tracking number. We’ll work with our print provider and the carrier to determine the next best step, which may include a replacement order where appropriate.
Please note: We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The full product
- Any damaged packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.
Incorrect Address & Returned-to-Sender
If an order is returned to our print provider due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We can reship the order to a corrected address, but additional shipping charges may apply.
- If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we will refund the product cost (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by your local customs office.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Customs processing can also cause delays beyond our control.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
