Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility (Undamaged Items)

We accept returns of undamaged items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • In original, unwashed, and unused condition
  • With original tags and/or packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, please email us at support@gocozyy.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with instructions and the return shipping address.

Return shipping costs for undamaged items are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos showing:
    • The problem with the product (damage, defect, or misprint)
    • The full product
    • The packaging, if damaged

Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund. In cases of confirmed damage, defect, or misprint, we cover any return or replacement shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item and whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or misprinted items.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, for the same item in a different design), please contact us at support@gocozyy.com. In many cases, the fastest way is to:

  1. Complete a return for the original item, and
  2. Place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@gocozyy.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. For damaged or misprinted items, attach photos as described above.
  4. Wait for our reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us, as we may not be able to process unapproved returns.
